Not a single soul walks this earth without accumulating scrapes, bumps, bruises, traumatic deep soul injury, crushing heartbreak, severe disappointment, and earth shattering life events that we have had no control over.
So why do so many walk this earth like their soul level injuries don't exist? or worse, like others don't have pain, just as they them selves do?
Here is a place of total understanding, openmindedness, growth, healing, and honesty (both easy and fun, and hard and soul crushing) as both can and should be used for our own healing.
We are a community of beautifully broken and amazingly driven souls celebrating movement, freedom, and healing.

We have fun, we talk about real subjects and struggles, and real world ways to deal with them on a daily basis. Now these "real world" ways to deal are "real world" as in their ability to be applied in your day to day routine fairly easily, however, I'm going to state it now, you must have faith in something, anything, higher than yourself (even if you are so mad at it, that it is less painful and easier to just pretend you don't believe in it any more at all, that is 100% okay.) At the very very very least, I need you to be open minded to all the theories and ideas presented
(if it turns out to not be your cup of tea, simply remove yourself or asked to be removed, different strokes for different folks)
But I truly hope you stay and find your true inner strength, I want to bare witness to your victory over everything that tells you "NO" or "that you're not good enough".
